We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Sales Representative who thrives in a field sales environment. You will be the face of our company, working directly with automotive businesses to identify their needs and recommend the right equipment solutions. If you have a passion for sales, an understanding of automotive equipment, and a knack for building long-term client relationships, this is the opportunity for you.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through field sales and cold calls.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with body shops, service centers, heavy-duty repair facilities, and dealerships.
  • Present, demonstrate and sell industry-leading brands and product lines tailored to customer needs.
  • Work independently to manage your sales territory and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to highlight product benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of sold equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with collision repair, automotive service, and shop equipment is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in using sales software, CRM tools, and basic office applications.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
