As the Service and Warehouse Manager, you'll play a critical role in keeping our inventory organized, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring service jobs are dispatched efficiently. You'll manage day-to-day warehouse operations while working closely with service technicians, sales staff, and leadership to maintain smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong logistics and problem-solving skills who enjoys a mix of hands-on work and leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tools, parts, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking, proper storage, and timely reordering to prevent shortages.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse while implementing systems to optimize workflow and maximize productivity.
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance calls, ensuring prompt responses and efficient routing.
  • Manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming equipment while ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to coordinate shipments, place orders, and negotiate pricing for parts and equipment.
  • Train and oversee warehouse staff, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment.
  • Enforce warehouse and service safety protocols, ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of warehouse tools, equipment and vehicles to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline service dispatching for better operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management (automotive industry experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage complex workflows.
  • Familiarity with automotive tools, equipment, and service operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and basic office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in various conditions, including tight spaces and outdoor environments.
  • Proficiency in operating a forklift.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
